Right after graduating law school I took the leap of opening up my own law practice even though I had no clients, or experience. On day 1 I decided to only handle personal injury cases. Fighting for the rights of good, honest people against insurance companies is what I love to do, and is the sole focus of everyone on our team. For nearly 20 years we have earned our clients' hard-earned trust and we don't take that lightly.

After earning my law degree, I committed myself fully to personal injury law. Helping people stand up to insurance companies isn’t just my job—it’s my passion. At Earley Law Group, I focus solely on fighting for injured clients and making sure their voices are heard. Every case matters, and every client deserves the strongest possible advocate on their side.

For years, I have dedicated my career to helping people through their most difficult moments. Amanda Hankins is our Chief Operating Officer, working closely with firm leadership and team members to support the firm’s operations, systems, and long-term growth. Amanda brings extensive experience in law firm operations, leadership development, and process optimization. She focuses on aligning people, processes, and performance so the firm can operate efficiently while maintaining the high level of service and care clients deserve.

Alyssa is a graduate of University of Santo Tomas with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. With experience in leadership, she has developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that support efficient day-to-day operations. She supports daily operations through administrative coordination, schedule management, and the use of digital tools to improve efficiency and workflow.

Recent Law School graduate in Nuevo Leon Mexico, with experience providing consultations for prospective clients for a well-established Law Firm in Florida. Having worked over 8 years in multiple areas of customer service, Angel developed great communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to empathize while effectively addressing client needs.

Arianny originally started as a Legal Assistant, and through years of hard work, was promoted to Case Manager. Arianny is responsible for collecting medical records and medical bills, putting demand packages together, as well as keeping clients updated on the status of their case. She is dedicated to working hard and applying herself to each case she handles, and we are very lucky to have her. Our clients truly enjoy working with her.

During college, Clarence volunteered for the Philippine Red Cross. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Batangas State University ARASO, she entered the BPO world to explore her passion for Customer Service.

Gwen is the New Client Specialist at the Earley Law Group Injury Lawyers. Her role entails reaching out and following up with new and prospective clients who have been injured. From the moment of contact and during the Intake process each client is Gwen’s top priority. With a Customer Service background and a degree in Hospitality helping each client feel like part of this firm’s family is always first and foremost. Gwen is bilingual which is a great help to new and prospective clients.

Jay is a BS Education graduate with over 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, specializing in customer service and client communication. Known for being empathetic, adaptable, and highly organized, he excels in providing excellent customer support while managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.

Jenn is our Legal Operations Lead and Litigation Paralegal with a background in personal injury and litigation. She supports attorneys with case preparation, client communication, and the management of legal documents, ensuring every matter is handled with precision and efficiency. Committed to client care, Jenn is dedicated to keeping clients informed and supported throughout the legal process.

A recent law school graduate, Jimena brings her legal experience and previous work in Tampico Tamaulipas, Mexico government office to Earley Law Group Injury Lawyers.

Kimberly is a 29-year-old from Colombia with 11 years of professional experience and a strong passion for personal and career growth. She is a dedicated, adaptable, and motivated professional who enjoys learning new skills, connecting with people, and taking on new challenges. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, building meaningful relationships, and maintaining a positive and balanced lifestyle.

Nancy is an experienced Case Manager with an associate degree in Paralegal Studies and over five years of expertise in personal injury, family law, and personal insurance. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she specializes in managing complex cases, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process. With a strong background in customer service and legal practice, Nancy is dedicated to delivering high-quality support and guiding clients through challenging legal situations efficiently and compassionately.

Rory Earley – Chris’ wife - serves as the Director of the Chris Earley Cares program, the community impact initiative of Earley Law Group. With a lifelong commitment to service and a deep passion for lifting up others, Rory brings heart, humility, and hands on leadership to every aspect of the program.

Sareth holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from ECCI University in Colombia, with a focus on English, Spanish, and French. She has experience in personal injury law and completed a Paralegal Bootcamp to enhance her legal skills. As a Legal Assistant, Sareth supports the legal team through case management, document handling, and effective communication with clients.

Shaireen works with police reports, reviewing and organizing information to help identify potential clients for the firm. She focuses on handling reports accurately and efficiently.
